The Avène Intense Protect SPF50+ Sun Cream is a comprehensive sun protection fluid for the face and body. Specifically designed for those with sensitive skin, including babies from six months*, children, pregnant women, and those with tattoos, the formula offers very high UV protection without irritation to the skin.
Powered by Triasorb™, a unique sun filter that absorbs and reflects UVA, UVB and blue light, the sunscreen applies with a lightweight consistency that resists leaving a sticky, white or oily residue. Tested for the most intense conditions (high altitude, tropical weather, high humidity), the sunscreen, the water-resistant and sweat-resistant formula keeps skin hydrated and protected for up to eight hours.
*Babies and young children should not be exposed to direct sunlight. They should wear protective clothing (hat with a large rim, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.).

Before exposure to the sun, apply the product evenly onto the face and body. Re‐apply sunscreen every frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, towel drying or prolonged periods of sun exposure. Avoid exposure between noon and 4pm even while using a sunscreen product. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous.

Great for sensitive skin

Bought it for holiday and it did a brilliant job. Great that it has multiple filters, i guess thats why it stains yellow a bit, same as P20. but I dont mind it, as long as i am careful with my clothes. Most importantly i know i have a great protection and wont burn or get pigmentation. I recommend it!

Not good
Bought this to use on my face but very greasy and doesn't dry. It is a weird yellow /light green colour which stains clothes and furniture. I wore this every day on my 7 day holiday last week and the bath, toilet and floor in the hotel were all stained by this cream. I will be going back to a basic, trusted brand from Boots !

This is the worst, really.
I have no idea how can anyone use this sunscreen. First of all it's pure oil and it NEVER DRIES. Second - it is yellow. I can't even touch my face, because if I touch it and then touch my clothes it will stain them :) It is unusable on neck for that reason, I really admire people who manage to use this thing as a body sunscreen - you really do have patience. Third - it pills, especially after reaplication. Also after reaplication it feels like I really need to go to shower, because I have oily dirt all over my face. It is really the worst sunscreen ever. Who thought that this is a good idea? I get it, filters are great, but its unusable. I'm so mad. I only use it in the mornings before I go shower. And feel great afterwards with fresh face.

Horrible green colour AVOID!!
Wasted my money on this product it is green! My little boy has sensitive pale skin & I use the Avene cream a lot as I love it for eczema but this sunscreen is to be avoided because of its colour. I couldn’t use it on holiday had to buy a new one because it left my son with green stained skin that was difficult to remove.
