Avène’s Thermal Spring Water Spray is a soothing face mist for sensitive skin.
The versatile face mist can be used to refresh, calm and soften. Topped with Thermal Spring Water, this gentle blend is sourced in its pure state to help comfort and nourish stressed complexions.
With a quick-dry formula, the spray works to soothe dry, itchy areas of skin. This face mist can be used for sunburn, peri-ocular dryness, tightness and around the nappy area, making it suitable for the whole family.
Hold upright and do not shake. Spray onto the skin in a fine mist and leave on for 2 to 3 minutes. Then gently pat dry using a tissue. Use as often as necessary.

Haven't really noticed any benefit at all
I have extremely sensitive skin and struggle to find products that combat both its tendency to be dry and its ability to turn into a shrieking tomato if irritated. In fact, I've lost count of the amount of supposedly gentle products that have left me glowing red and painful. I tried this on my face and was left with a bad skin reaction. Knowing how over sensitive my face is, I decided to try it as a post leg shaving spray. I didn't really see any effect at all and have gone back to liberally applying something like E45 body lotion after shaving instead.

I got rashes which was extremely itchy when I moved to UK (probably due to the extreme weather change), it was itchy all the time that I kept scratching it even in my sleep. tried lots of cream and nothing worked, so I bought the avene lotion and I got this thermal water spray as a gift. I was just skeptically spraying this water to my leg and the itch was gone as soon as I sprayed it! Well, it didn't go forever, but it lasted me quite a while and my skin got a lot better because of the avene body lotion too. but thanks to this water I have no scars from the rashes because everytime it's itchy i just sprayed it to the targeted area
