So, many moons ago, all we had was heated rollers and what a pain they were! They would get stuck, the pins would cause a line in your hair.....and so the list continues. These do still take a while to heal up properly, I'd say a good 20/30 mins. The clip things are much better and don't leave a horrible line, and you definitely get a lovely bounce from them, I left them in for about 30 mins, just to see the effects. I have long and thick hair, so ideally could probably do with 2 lots, but the results are still pretty good. However, forget trying to do your make up with them in, unless your hair is quite fine/short as the clip doesn't hold them exactly in place - they probably would do if they were a bit more robust. Would I buy them again, most likely. Its nice to have a change from the waves/curls!

Worth a try!
I wanted some rollers as another option to curl/give volume (rather than using the ghds). These are abit bulky storage wise but do a good job. Heat quickly, Rollers feel slightly heavy when in, but the curl is lovely and soft and gave lots of volume. My hair is medium thickness and long. These are A good time saver as can have them in whilst doing makeup, take them out and your done!

I wanted to get a lovely wave curl and wondered how to get an even look, I tried rag tutorials off youtube (pointless) and then I thought I would give these a go. WOW the results were brilliant, lovely volume and curl! I would highly recommend these rollers without doubt, it really looked like the images of the model and was pretty easy to do, they are very light too and they don't burn your fingers. A+++

Brilliant but——
I have always had to use heated rollers( I am now 66yrs old) due to my very demanding hair, it’s fine, a lot of it and any dampness goes frizzy.The only way I can control it, is by using direct heat, I can’t use straighteners(sadly I’m too old, I look awful). These are brilliant, they heat up quickly, add body and make it smooth. They are well made but here’s the but, WHY waste the space for those awful clips, they never work, all companies seem to use them, what happened to the metal pins they used to have? Fortunately I have a bag full that I have saved over the years so always have some that fit the roller.
