I like it
I go hot and cold on my cbd remedies. This is a relatively low strength one but it’s nice and doesn’t smell ‘funky’ like some cbd oils do. I liked it and it seemed to help when I was using it.

I use this every night at bed time and it seems to be helping. I have trouble falling and staying asleep and things seem a little bit improved. I’m not sure if it’s the fact I’m taking time out before bed to do it - like a ritual or something - or if it’s the ingredients. Either way, I’m hooked.
