Not suitable for sensitive skin
Lately I have been trying several balms and this one is he one I like the less. Too thick as texture so you spend way to much the muslim clove around your face. This is not a gentle gesture. I dislike the little things (like you kind find in a scrub) try to use that one your eyes... pffff... this is total madness. The eye area is so sensitive that the composition of this product should not be around that area. I like the products from balance me but this one is not a product that I recommend. The smell is OK.

Worst cleanser ever!!!
This was, by far, the worst cleanser I've ever tried. And believe me, I've tried a lot of bad stuff over the last 15 years. This broke me out like crazy, and only after 1 use. I guess if you have extremely dry skin this might be the perfect choice for you, but if you have normal skin with rosacea this is pretty much the worst thing you can use to cleanse your face. Not only is the product incredibly thick and oily, which means you have to wash your face again and again, but the beads in it are incredibly harsh, and this is a product that is supposed to be suitable for sensitive skin. I guess sometimes natural doesn't necessarily mean "good". Incredibly disappointed with this.

best facial cleanser ever!
I received this cleanse and smooth face balm as a tester over a year ago now and I would never use anything else.. the smell is divine, it is gentle on your skin but penetrates all the pours and leaves your face feeling really smooth and clean... its the first thing I do when I get home from work and look forward to it!
