- Application: Shake before using and between sprays. The more you shake, the better. This step is key to preventing white residue. Separate your hair into sections, hold the bottle 12” away, and spray into your roots. Use your fingertips to massage Batiste into your hair.

I have tried other brands of dry shampoo some very pricey and some cheaper than this. The original was leaving my scalp very irritated when I was blonde. Batiste is the original & best & great in this dark formula as it shows up less in my dark hair. Smells great, gives extra oomph and can easily make my hair last a couple of extra days in between washes.
