Really pleased
First time every trying a beauty box after discovering my daughter has been buying them for some time. Really pleased with the contents, quite a treat for £15. I have ageing dry spotty sensitive skin, so have spent huge amounts of money in the past on full size products only to throw them out. This is a perfect way to try out new products without the expense. The Elemis peel is brilliant and my skin has reacted beautifully to it which makes a change. The Murad cleanser has not caused any upset. The Ole Henriksen oil made me break out but I tried another product from the brand before with the same effect. Quite a varied box and I am definitely buying the January one too.

December beauty box
I was So disappointed with this month's box. Having been so impressed with every other month this one was a let down. I've wanted to try the pure gold collagen for a while now and am happy to do so but one dose won't really show the benefits in my opinion. As for the 'travel size' silk kajal eyeliner i already have plenty of these rolling around the bottom of my make up bag but I'm hoping it's fabulous enough to warrant purchasing the full size. A comb infused with macadamia oil.... I'm keep it in the shower and expecting miracles. I'm hoping like crazy January is an improvement because i love receiving these boxes!

It's nice
December box is my first LF Beauty Box and I think it’s nice. This is not a bespoke box, it's a surprise box, and at £15 it is really affordable. Sometimes you’ll be delighted with it, sometimes less so (deal with it). I gave away several products as gifts, some I’ve kept for myself and I'm looking forward to trying them out :). I’ll probably order the January box as well.

Dissapointing
I have to say that this is the most disappointing box out of all that I have received so far. as many people stated - I was expecting a bit more from December box since it is ''around xmas time''. Have to say that boujour shadows was the most disappointing thing in the box as you can go and buy it in Boots any time plus the drinking liquid. Very pleased with Ole Henrikson oil - I think it was a very nice treat together with Elemis mask. I did order January box as well - to see whether the complaints will be picked up and the box will be better...

Christmas has come early
Full of lovely stuff that I'd never have considered using. The Elemis masque works wonders.

Disapointed
I am sorry to echo other reviews but I really feel this was a poor selection of products. A drink that has to be taken as part of a course, a comb and a bright green eyeshadow that would not suit many people were just a massive dissapointment . As a supplier of high end products I am guessing many of your customer base anticipated a bit more. The other three items were nice but I didnt really feel happy overall.

Not the best box
To say the least – I was very disappointed with December LF box.I was expecting to receive something special in December, as it is a very important month because of an upcoming holidays and festive mood, that is absolutely everywhere, in return I received very mediocre box, the weakest in terms of the brands selection and my personal interest. 1. Macadamia Healing Oil Infused comb I honestly didn’t notice any difference after using it, maybe mine is lacking the real oil, or I should have brushed my hair for 20 minutes or more – don’t know, but for me it’s ok. 2. Bourjois Intense Smoky Palette I found these eyeshadows really pigmented. However, I would recommend to use professional brush, as the one that is already given is not quite good for blending. 3. Pure Gold Collagen – Full Size 50ml I didn’t see the point in sending one bottle, as you can’t really notice any results after just one bottle, as the whole idea is to have a course of 10 bottles to see the real difference. 4. Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Youth Activating Oil What I liked the most about this product is that it’s not too oily and has a neutral scent. I noticed that it nourishes skin very good and after a very windy weather in Manchester – it made my dried out skin very smooth and glowing. 5.Murad Essential-C Cleanser – Sample Size 45ml I was really excited to see that brand in my box, as I never tried anything from their product range and I read some decent reviews on everything they make. The cleanser has a very pleasant scent with citrus notes in it, when you use it in the morning the smell actually wakes you up a bit. I would recommend to use the cleanser in the morning as it helps to prepare the skin for a make-up. 6. Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel – Sample Size 15ml. This is one of the best facial mask I used so far, when the skin is tired or when I didn’t have enough sleep (which is my common problem). Highly recommended. 7. Lord&Berry H2OHHH! Lip Gloss – Sample Size I am not a huge fan of lip glosses, but I love the finish of this one. Even though it promises the 3D shine (when I was a child, I thought it is only visible in 3D glasses, just like 3D movies), it actually gives you ‘just-kissed lips’ look. I think I will be using it more as a lip tint, than as an actual lip gloss.

Beauty Box
After missing out on last months beauty box, my boyfriend surprised me with Decembers because he knew how much I was gutted. Unfortunately, it really didn't live up to my expectations. Half the stuff in there is for the 'younger skin look' especially the collagen drink which is completely useless on its own. I felt like each product was a sample, samples which were disappointing never the less. The bourjois eyeshadow is so poor, it really isn't pigmented in the slightest. The comb is so basic, there's really nothing special about it. I thought with it being December this beauty box would be the best, which was very exciting as previous boxes look amazing! I was wrong. It will take a lot of persuasion for me to repurchase the beauty box again.
