Really good!
Great product, but takes some getting used too - it isn’t as easy as you’d think as there’s a knack to it, I mean drawing/testing it in your hand looks great and so easy but on your face is a whole different thing! You have to be so light handed and I find drawing it at an angle works much better for me.

Looks natural but hard to apply
I had high hopes for this brow pen from Benefit. I got shade 3.5 and I love the colour it’s actually perfect. I’m just not loving the application, you have to hold it at the right angle to work properly. It does make things quicker but it looks messy. I think I’d stick to a single tip for precision.

Really disappointed in this. For the price I expected it to be great, but alas not. I have bought cheaper better ones from other places. I have no eyebrows at all due to a medical condition so have tried 100’s of brow products. This is at the bottom of the list. Wanted to love this
Really happy with the shade i bought and when it works it looks great. But I often find there isn't enough product coming to the end of the pen so it doesn't deliver clean lines. I store it upside down but doesn't seem to make any difference. I did consider returning but when it works I like it so unsure.

I'm still learning how to make this pen work best for me. It can be finicky, but when I manage to apply it nicely my brows look great,, with natural hair-like strokes. You have to really shake it to get the product to come out though and I don't think it's any quicker or easier than my usual HG brow pencil (Benefit Brow Definer).
