Moisurises nicely but haven't found that it's made any difference to my dark circles. I don't have puffy eyes and so can't comment on its effects on that.

I really like this cream, it gets rid of dark circles under eyes and doesn’t cause any irritation. I find it very thick and quite difficult to spread at first.
