The 100% natural patches aim to provide slow-releasing alleviation for over 12 hours. Each pad is formulated from eucalyptus and peppermint-derived menthol oils, which helps to create a chilled tingle. Ergonomically designed to be thin and discreet, the patches are ideal for everyday use, or for being on-the-go.

Place directly onto the skin. Make sure that you always remove the Monthly Patch with warm water. You can either remove these patches whilst in the shower or bath, at the end of your day or just before your day - or take a damp cloth and pat the patches until it is damp and peels off easily.

I struggle really badly during totm and I swear these have helped me so much. The essential oils within these patches are so strong and calm any pains almost immediately. Love that they are discreet and last such a long time, I only need to use one a day sometimes every other day as they last so well! Would recommend these to anyone who struggles with cramps

I think these are amazing, as someone who suffers with really bad periods and cramps, I find if I put one of these on my lower stomach and over my hips, the essential oils seem to really help and ease the pain, and if I feel it wearing off, I use lightly massage the area and feel like that ‘renews’ the patch. I would recommend these to everyone who suffers!

Not worth the hype
I wanted to love this one but if you have painful periods this wont do much. It gave a slight cooling effect but didn’t affect my cramps in the slightest. Not fit for purpose or for intense period cramps
