Create defined, filled-in or feathered-looking brows with the BH Cosmetics Brow Designer Dual Ended Precision Pencil. Featuring a creamy brow pencil and spoolie, this makeup must-have is perfect at home and on-the-go.
Achieve thin-to-thick hair-like strokes with the eyebrow crayon, developed with a long-lasting, smudge-resistant formula. Flip the pencil around and buff, soften and brush the brows out with the spoolie to encourage a more natural-looking, shaped finish.
- Application: Run the pencil through the brows to achieve your desired look. Brush over with the spoolie.
