Okay so I purchased this item because I wanted to get heavy imbedded makeup out of my brushes as I don’t wash my brushes often as I used to wear makeup 7 days in a row. What surprised me now is how well it cleans not my brushes with less effort but does amazing for my egg shaped sponges. Gets them super clean I am so impressed even makeup stains I could not get out before. Definitely recommend.
