- Start by slipping your fingers around the handle to find a comfortable fit.
- Use alone or pair with your favourite shampoo, oil or treatment, it’s easy to use on wet or dry hair – simply press to control the level of pressure.
- For exfoliation, move the tool against the scalp in a circular motion, or use sweeping strokes starting from the front of the scalp to the nape of the neck.
- For massaging, press down on the scalp with the brush over the scalp to stimulate pressure points.

It does what it says on the tin and I like that it doesn't feel too hard or uncomfortable when I'm using it. The only problem I think I have with it is I think it can break my hair in weaker spots. I've noticed more breakage around the front of my hair since using this.

An improvement to my washing routine
I bought two, for each hand, and use them to lather shampoo. The grip is okay, they are easy to wash and dry quickly. The bristles are strong, but it doesn't feel painful, and they don't seem to damage the skin. After a couple of weeks using these my scalp does feel healthier.
