Option 1: Cold - Simply keep the mask in the fridge and use when required.
Option 2: Warm - Place the mask in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Make sure the mask is not too hot before use. Test the heat on your forearm first.

Does not sit around the eye area very well at all. Uncomfortable to wear. Tried using it but it’ll end up in a drawer for ever now. I wouldn’t bother!

Got this because I tend to get a lot of sinus trouble/forehead aches at this time of year with change in weather. Feels lovely and cool and does help however wish it would stay cooler for longer. Seems to have lost its coolness after 10-15mins but maybe this is just how it is.
