Hot Oil Concentrate works best when applied to dry hair prior to cleansing/rinsing. (The science: dry hair is super-porous, allowing the warm oil to easily absorb.) For Deep Conditioning, cover with plastic cap for 10 - 15 minutes and then rinse.
