Delivering a gentle resurfacing effect, the retinol serum helps to reduce the appearance of post-breakout marks and create a more even-looking skin tone. The multi-action serum is infused with a ceramide blend and niacinamide, delivering nourishment to the skin while enhancing radiance. The ultra-lightweight formula simplifies yet enhances your skincare regime, targeting a range of skin concerns with one high-performance serum.

- Application:: Recommended use in the evening only and always follow with SPF protection in the daytime. Use pump applicator to dispense product onto fingers. We suggest start with a small amount, and by using once a week. Then build up use that is tolerated by your skin. Avoid contact with eyes and lips, if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. This product may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Always use a sun protection in the daytime and limit sun exposure when using this product.
- Routine: Discover CeraVe's routine for post-breakout marks. Cleanse the skin thoroughly using CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser. Recommended use day and night. In the morning, follow with CeraVe AM Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF 50. In the evening, apply CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum.

Great at smoothing the skin after acne!
I am 27 and have small red marks left behind after a spout of adult acne. They were quite flat and very red and noticeable especially when wearing makeup. I started using the serum once every other day then built it up to every day. After using the product for 2 weeks I can definitely say that it's smoothed the texture of my skin to the point where my skin feels soft and supple and makeup covers my marks completely. I also suffer from quite sensitive skin but I've not had any sensitivity with the serum and I've been able to use it frequently. It has slightly got the redness down but it's not a noticeable difference, maybe I would have seen a difference after more than 2 weeks. I'm not sure if this product will work for severe acne sufferers but for anyone with hyperpigmentation or PIE marks, this product is amazing and I will definitely be repurchasing!

Excellent!
I was so excited to try this product as I already use their cleanser. And this did not disappoint! I gradually upped the use by the week, and there is now a visible difference in the radiance. Definitely going to keep using as I have also received compliments on the glow!

Does miracles to my skin
I have been using CeraVe resurfacing retinol serum for over 4 weeks now and I’m very happy with the results. My skin looks smoother, healthier with no new pimples. I’m very pleased with the serum and my new skin. Serum is light with very pleasant scent and does not irritate my skin as some retinol products do.

Great at smoothing the skin
I wanted to try retinol but was scared to. I heard many different kinds of brand but wanted to give this one a shot. And all i can say is amazing starter retinol. Be careful to moisturize your face really good. And you’ll have amazing skin

Takes time but works
I started using this product every evening as part of my evening routine and although I didn't see any difference to begin with, I am now starting to see a difference in my acne scars. I would recommend this product but got to be patient with it

Good entry level retinol product
This is a good product for people who are new to using retinol. It is quite a light product which is not too strong, and so would suit people with sensitive skin. I didn't have any adverse reactions or any irritation, which is great. If you are looking for a more effective retinol treatment, you may want to find something stronger.

Great serum to fight acne scarring
I used this product every day for past few weeks and I can definably say- IT WORKS! - Made my scarring less visible - Made my skin nice and soft - Nice pleasant smell - Great serum texture! It's a yes from me- will be purchasing again! :)

Resurfacing serum
I have absolutely loved this product. I have acne scarring so was really excited to receive this, however I also have sensitive skin so was a bit worried that it would cause a reaction. Immediately upon applying my skin felt smoother. It didn’t cause a reaction whatsoever. It feels lovely on the skin, and leaves skin looking fresher. I will definitely be repurchasing this.
