Retexturise dry, bumpy, rough skin with derma-skincare brand CeraVe’s Smoothing Cleanser. The hydrating cleanser works to swiftly remove oil, dirt and makeup, while replenishing and reinforcing skin’s natural barrier with moisture-retaining hyaluronic acid.
Powered by an exclusive combination of three scientifically-identified essential ceramides, the lightweight cleanser helps to draw moisture in and combat irritants. A 0.5% concentration of salicylic acid offers a gentle chemical exfoliation, dissolving dead skin and pore-clogging impurities to encourage the appearance of a smoother surface.

good for the price
I've been using this for 3 weeks and I have noticed an improvement in the tiny bumps/spots on my forehead. I have developed a couple of blemishes but this is to be expected with a new product and hormones. I wouldn't say it has dramatically improved the appearance of my skin for example it doesn't have the usual glow after cleansing but it does leave it smooth. was expecting a little more from this given the hype but maybe its not best suited to my skin type.

Essential cleanser
I have been using this since last summer since switching from Mario Badescu and have recommended it to all of my friends. I use it for my face and body due to the salicyclic acid component and it leaves me feeling so smooth. I use it nearly every day - it can dry out your skin so if you suffer dry skin I would only use it a couple times a week. I use their smoothing lotion afterwards and it is this only thing that has made a difference to my keratosis pilaris. I love this cleanser!!

Perfect for double cleansing
I have dehydrated combination skin (normal/oily) and decided to try this after reading and watching reviews. I use it as part of my double cleansing routine, and it works well on my skin. I actually prefer this over CeraVe’s Hydrating Cleanser. Both are non-drying but the SA cleanser felt more comfortable on my skin.

Great for acne prone skin
I’ve been using this since January 2021 and I love it. Gentle enough for everyday use without over drying even with the salicylic acid. I have combination oily skin and am prone to hormonal breakouts, I can’t say that this alone will clear up your skin but combining this with a good skincare routine definitely would.
