Ideal for stressed-out scalps and dry hair, the Christophe Robin Purifying Mask with Thermal Mud is a weekly pre-wash hair mask formulated to detoxify and refresh. The purifying treatment works to draw out the build-up of impurities, while enhancing hair’s moisture.
Fortified with mineral-rich thermal mud, the formula helps to balance the scalp in order to minimise the look of oily, greasy roots. Spirulina, a nutrient-rich algae, supports the scalp's natural barrier function, helping to shield it from pollution.
Designed to be used weekly before shampooing, the hair mask acts as the first step in promoting healthy-looking hair and a comfortably refreshed scalp.
On Damp Hair: Once a week, or as a quick-fix refresher treatment, dampen hair and massage product onto the scalp and roots. Leave on for 3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
On Dry Hair: For a more intensive detox, smooth generously through dry hair from root to tip, leave on for 15 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Follow with the Purifying Shampoo with Thermal Mud for a deep cleanse, then the Purifying Conditioner Gelée with Sea Minerals to detangle if needed.

It manages to detoxify while nourishing. That's a very interesting product because you would expect it to be stripping. It's great for removing pre shampoo oil treatment. However, it won't detoxify serious buildup on its own. I love it personally,since my hair are very dry.

I first tried this product after receiving a sample, which I didn’t use for aaaaaaaaages and kick myself for not using it sooner. My hair was so clean and fresh after using it, I was instantly hooked and brought the full size product. My hair needs clarifying a lot (at least once a week) and this product does the trick, leaving it feeling and looking lush! The 15min treatment on dry hair is my preferred option.

I’m now on day 4 after washing and my hair still feels as clean as the day I washed it. I live in a hard water area so I think it helped get rid of build up. Give it a go. It’s good!
