- Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract).
- Apply along lashlines as desired.
- For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes.
- For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes.
- Smudge with Eyeliner Brush or cotton swab.
- Replace cap tightly.
