My first impressions was that it felt Cooling, easy to smooth into the skin and it observed fast. I have dry skin and after using this it feels hydrating and no longer dry. My skin is very fussy so it won’t allow me to put any cream before I apply my makeup. This cream so far has been fine with makeup on top. Especially as Its spring and the weather is warmer, I would repurchase for sure!
