I’ve used this product for a few years. It is a cleanse and warm put on a dry face and then wash it off of water and dry. It is an absolutely fabulous cleansing balm from remove make up to cleansing and toning combined, it also saves time and your skin feels lovely after. I just apply moisturiser over however you wouldn’t need one as this oroduct feels amazing on its own.

Horrific reaction.
I’m sorry but this cleansing balm is utterly horrific. I’ve been a Clinique customer for 27 years. Never had any issues. Then I tried this cleansing balm for the first time - purchased it in duty free. I have developed a really bad red raw reaction on my face - around my eyes, nose, neck and cheeks. Red raw with opening sores and blisters. Itchy. Burning. Bleeding. I wish I could share a photo. I don’t know what’s in it to do this but it’s horrific and distressing. Absolutely gutted Clinique. Now I wonder how long will it take for my skin to heal?!?!?
