Melts everything away
I wear gel liner and waterproof mascara and this cleanser means I don't need to rub at my eyes every day. It's so gentle and has removed any make up I've tried including matte lip products and bright eye shadows. I've used it for years and would highly recommend it.

I wanted to like this product more than the cleansing balm from Clinique, but for me personally it's not as good. I would prefer to have it a little bit less "watery" and compared to the balm I don't feel that it is as effective in removing makeup. It irritates my eyes whereas the cleansing balm doesn't do it. I will not repurchase this product - not because it's not good, it's simply not better that the cleansing balm.

Too oily
I purchased this product bc of all the good reviews. It really doesn’t work well for me. It’s a bit too oily and if you use any small amount around the eyes to remove your mascara it leaves the eyes all blurry and you have to really rinse it off well. Would not repurchase
