Developed with the brand's innovative Revive Mode™, featuring Axial Vibration™ technology at any temperature, the plates vibrate at maximum frequency to glide over the hair with minimum friction and heat, protecting against breakage, snagging and snapping. The iron’s floating plates utilise Spring-Flex Technology to help cushion the impact of heat styling, resisting clamping as they glide through the strands. The tool’s variable temperature control allows you to choose the setting best suited to your specific hair type, while Predictive Heat Technology ensures even thermal distribution.

For hair that feels stronger, the plates are infused with a mineral duo of sericite and tourmaline, working to prevent the formation of split ends, noticeably minimise frizz and boost shine. Complete with a heat guard and heat-resistant style case.

Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake the CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Select your temperature using the temperature control switch below the floating ceramic plates. Style at lower temperatures for optimum hair health.

Step 4: Smooth the Original Iron through each section of your hair from root to tip.

Step 5: Repeat section by section.

What size are the plates on the Original Iron?
The Original Iron is made with all hair types in mind. Featuring one-inch wide plates, the tool is great for styling smaller and larger amounts of hair.

How do I know when my Original Iron is ready to use?
When its green light starts flashing and 150°C is illuminated, this means that your iron is ready to go. To switch to a higher temperature, press the temperature control button and wait for the green light to stop at the desired number.

How should I store my Original Iron?
When storing, do not wrap the cord around the iron as this can damage it. Don’t forget to keep the plug away from the plates to minimise the risk of scratching, and only put your iron away when the plates are cool. Use the accompanying heat guard to help protect your surfaces while you wait.

Should the plates touch on my Original Iron?
The Original Iron is specially designed with floating plates that glide over the hair rather than clamping down. This is to minimise damage caused by heated styling; this however does not affect the iron’s performance.
