Step 1: Start with dry hair.

Step 2: Shake your CLOUD NINE Magical Quick Dry Potion heat protector spray to activate the lightweight conditioners, then spritz your hair to provide heat protection.

Step 3: Section your hair and secure it with CLOUD NINE Croc Clips.

Step 4: Touch the plates of your CLOUD NINE Touch Iron together once to turn it on. Tap twice to select 165°C or three times to select 195°C. Use the Temperature Calculator to discover the best heat setting for your straighteners.

Step 5: Smooth the Touch Iron through each section of your hair from root to tip. The plates are infused with minerals that work miracles. sericite and tourmaline help to seal the cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair.

How should I store my Touch Iron?
Ensure that you only put your Touch Iron away once it has fully cooled down. Keep the plug and plates apart to protect against scratches or chipping and try not to loop the wire too tightly around the iron.

How do I know when my Touch Iron is ready to use?
Your Touch Iron will be ready for styling in an instant. Simply plug in and tap the plates together once to turn it on.

Should the plates touch on my CLOUD NINE Touch Iron?
No, the floating plates are designed to glide over the hair rather than clamp down on it for snag-free styling. When the straighteners are switched off, there will be a slight space between the plates, which is completely normal.

Is there an on/off switch?
No, the Touch Iron turns on with a tap, and off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.
