Get what you pay for
I've seen alot of 4/5 star reviews so I purchased these as I've been struggling with breakouts recently. I've not had any super juicy pimples to try them on unfortunately but I have noticed if I leave the patch on for 24 hours the pimple goes flat. I think it's great at preventing you from picking your spots & I really like how they blend with your skin so I wear them outside when I want to run errands without makeup but am too self conscious of my spots. However I've read the ingredient list and you can see it doesn't contain salicylic, glycolic, lactic, azaleic acids or anything which help to treat acne. I looked at the ingredient list for the Acne master patches (red pack) and the ingredient list is almost exactly the same.

if you could marry a product
these save me time and time again. making spots virtually invisible if wearing out, and really help the healing process i’ve found if i wear them at night too. Prevent any picking and have found these heal acne a lot quicker than potent, drying acne treatments (which seem to just prolong healing). only thing i’d mention is if you wear face makeup, in my opinion the edges of the patch are noticeable under it, so best worn without makeup.

It definitely does help you not pick at your skin, which is an issue for me, and they blend well with make up. But I don't fully believe they are reducing my spots - if they are, it isn't in any dramatic way.

Good, but prefer the ones in the red package
As someone who persistently impulsively picks her face, these are a god send as they stop you. They also stop dirt etc getting into the blemish. This would get a 5 star rating but the other cosrx blemish patches (red packet) come in different sized patches which is better for different sized spots, as these are all the same size.

these are pretty good patches, if i use them on new spots by the end of the day they can be easilly extracted and then most gone by the next morning, bigger or painful spots take a few days tho, i dont recommend to use under make up tho as iv noticed foundation and powders get under the sticky part and makes it very visible, without make up they are barely noticable

Very handy for last-minute breakouts
