Formulated with a sumptuous whipped texture, Dear Dahlia’s lip mousse glides across your pout effortlessly. Richly pigmented, you’ll be left with a powdery matte finish for a soft-focus effect, giving your chosen colour a soft, dreamy quality.
Light as a feather, the mousse feels supremely comfortable when applied, wrapping your lips in vibrant colour that’s long-lasting and resists fade. Boasting non-drying properties, skin will stay supple and flexible rather than tight. This also means your lip colour will be less likely to flake and crack. Use the lip tint on your cheeks as a blusher too, adding a hint of rosy colour for a subtly flushed effect.
Complete with Dahlia Variabilis Flower Extract, the mousse is brimming with antioxidant benefits, which help your lips to have a healthier appearance. Shielding you from environmental aggressors, you’ll also be less likely to notice signs of ageing for a smoother, revitalised look and feel. I ordered the other shade October and love it, so decided to try other shades, but this is a complete disaster, first of all, the texture is totally different, it can’t be smoothly and evenly spread out like October, it’s stiff like it has dried out for being on shelf for toooo long. Second, the color has some weird sharp highlighter pen orangey shade, don’t expect a warm and natural rosy color, it’s nothing like the picture!

I bought the October shade. I have Olive skin with neutral undertones and it suits me perfectly. It’s a lovely terracotta shade and I have dry lips but find this very hydrating and long lasting with no smudging. It stays on but also stays wet. Really pleased and will check out the other shades.

Not worth the high price
It smells very strongly of eucalyptus or tea tree. The texture is nice but it does not last more than an hour or two. The colour is nothing like the description or even like the adverts. It's an all round fail for me. I am very disappointed and I don't recommend you spend your money especially as you get next to nothing in the tube and it's quite expensive.

Colour not as expected, doesn't last either
I bought this in Teddy after seeing an ad on Instagram, but it's really disappointing. The colour looks nothing like the soft, dusty rose shade in the ad and the swatch on the website – much brighter and more pink in real life. While it smells nice and applies easily, it doesn't last and starts to wear off in places and look patchy within minutes. It leaves a harsh outline around your mouth as the colour wears off wear your lips meet. Disappointing, especially for the price!
