Not so good as a remover
This product smells fantastic and leaves skin very soft but - oops, it cannot be called a makeup remover simply because it does not remove mascara, I had to rub my eyes for 5 minutes, used 4 cotton pads, taking fresh portions of the milk a number of times but still I ended up with grey circles around the eyes. Disappointed.

This was a most delightful cleansing milk to use, the milk smells absolutely divine and smooths on like velvet. It removes face makeup reasonably well, can't be certain for eye makeup as I prefer a separate eye makeup remover usually. The salon size makes the product good value for money. Will re-purchase if I run out.

love this product but the one I bought here smells strange
I have used this product for about six months (purchased at local esthetic), loved the amazing scent and soothing texture. Excited the product is on sale @Lookfantastic, I ordered it right away. Delivery took about a month. I don't know whether the scent turned strange on the way, but it certainly smells different from the ones i used before. it doesn't seem fresh at all. I threw away the whole bottle.
