Create precise lines and precision flicks with delilah’s Gel Brow and Eye Liner, a 2-in-1 formula that can be used to add colour and definition to the eyes and brows.
The gel features a soft texture that glides on to deliver waterproof and smudge-resistant colour. Now available in softer brown hues, the multi-tasking product also works as a long-wearing eyeshadow base.
Vegan.
Apply across the eyebrows in the direction of your brow's natural growth, sweeping upwards with the tip of the brush to create hair-like strokes in the areas where the brow is more sparse.

smudging like pandas
The good reviews are lying. As the eyeliner it smudged like panda’s eyes. It’s waterproof but definitely not oil proof. I put it on morning and it’s keep smudging afternoon. Waist money and it’s pricey with that quality. Also it come with transparency shade. Maybe could be eyebrows gel but not for eyeline gel

Quite dry and not very black
I ordered this gel liner as it had great reviews but unfortunately the one I received was quite dry and came out more of a dark grey than a black! Tried using it a couple of times but it’s just not for me - I’ve recently started using Too Faced BTS liquid liner pen, I don’t usually like the pens but it works great and I would recommend if you’re looking for an easy to use, really dark black eyeliner that isn't shiny!

Wonderful liner, doesn't budge
I have searched and tried so many liners and other than one I have had issues and found some irritated my eyes (I wear contacts) or they just didn't last. It glides on so easily with my lining brush and there was no need to reapply as no cracking appear throughout the day. This liner leaves such a beautiful line and dries quickly and really doesn't budge. It is my new favourite and has replaced my old Bobbi Brown gel liner.
