Soothing for the skin
This is a lovely, really light weight gel that soaks into the skin like water. It instantly feels soothing and really helps to calm down any red or irritated patches on my skin. I have very reactive, sensitive skin and this product hydrates beautifully without aggravating my skin at all... and my skin usually reacts badly to everything!! This isn't enough moisture for me if my skin is feeling on the dry side but in that case, I still apply this underneath a thicker moisturiser. I would definitely recommend.

My go to moisturiser
I have extremely sensitive skin and also acne prone skin. I have to be so careful what I use on my face otherwise I break out massively. This moisturiser is perfect, it’s not heavy, it’s water based and makes your skin feel extremely hydrated. It is also very soothing when you apply as it has a cool feeling when applied. I’ve noticed a massive difference since using the ultra calming range and would highly reccomend if you have sensitive skin

I have mixed thoughts about this product as I bought it after using a sample. You really don’t need much of it for it to be effective, and using too much left an oily sheen on my face, which then was impossible to put any make up on over the top. So I’ve started to use it at night and it seems to be much better.

Just what I needed
This product is exactly what I need right now for my sensitive dehydrated skin. Texture wise it's not the feel of a cream but not gel either more a hybrid of the two. Not sticky at all, it's moisturising, not particularly fragranced and appears to sink into the skin without leaving a tacky residue. So far love it.

A Fabulous Find!
I received two samples of the Dermalogica calm water gel and in desperation to try and resolve hydration issues on a very dry skin I decided to try this (I normaly don't bother with samples and just collect them)! After years and years of having to reapply moisturiser this is my new holy grail cannot live without skin care item - besides the Age Smart moisturiser! Over time, I have become so impressed with this brand and all the research that they put into their products that I am now using so many more of their products in the Age Smart range such as the multivitamin power recovery masque and the multivitamin thermafoliant. Both these products have excellent reviews and are fabulous. I have finally settled on a brand that is incredible, and although their products are on the more pricey side, its SO worth it.

This is such an unknown product...
I rave about this product! I have dehydrated skin and this is an amazing moisturiser. It quickly and easily absorbs into the skin and brings it up to a hydrated level. It has reduced my natural skin redness and you need to use only a little product. I can't rate this gel highly enough!
