The gentle foaming cleanser is formulated with: exfoliating protease enzymes, which help to dissolve the bonds of lifeless, dulling skin cells; honey and sodium hyaluronate, which help to soften skin; and Lavender, which soothes. Great part for the deep cleansing oil
I use the DHC Face Wash Powder together with the DHC Deep Cleaning oil have been my favourite power duo. These two have literally shown an overnight result to my long running acne problems (tiny bumps ALL OVER the face and neck area that leave nasty pimple scars). I use this to rinse my face off after using the deep cleansing oil, I couldn't be more happier with this product. It leaves the skin smooth and bouncy after. The 50g is lasting longer than expected too! Routine goes: 15mins deep cleansing oil massage on the face (lazy days about 5 mins or so) , then wash face with DHC FACE WASH POWDER to completely remove oil (lather/cleans face for at least 1 min), then toner, then moisturiser (or sunblock in the morning), then serum etc.

2nd step cleanser
I use this as a second step cleanser (dhc oil is my first step) and I love it. A tiny bit in the palm of your hand will foam up nicely with a few drops of water and it gives a through clean. My skin feels super clean afterwards and I find it gentle enough to use on my dry type skin. Great for travelling too as it’s powder so no leaky liquid!

I had a feeling this was going to be somewhere betwee The Body Shop's Japanese washing grains and Dermalogica's Daily Micro foliant, but no. Its a great cleanser, ideal for a 2 step routine with this being used as step 2. A little goes a surprising long way and it leaves your skin feeling fresh, and squeaky clean -( in a good non-drying way.)
