Tasty easy to blend. I personally add to overnight oats. Not sure if it works, I don’t look 10 years younger, my skin is good but I’ll never know if it’s just from drinking water and good skincare regime. There are no proven studies to show collagen works, however it makes my breakfast taste good so I’ll keep using it for now.
