I’ve tried so many collagen supplements. This is great as easy to take (I mix in with my overnight oats). It tastes delicious and works!! I know the science says it can’t but I do believe this one. Plus it’s a heck a lot cheaper than what some of them are trying to sell collagen for!

I’ve tried another well known brand collagen creamer and this one is far superior. It dissolves completely- no nasty lumps! The taste might be a bit too subtle for some people but I like it because it doesn’t change the taste of the coffee too much. I’m always reluctant to say for sure if these products work or not because for some they will and others not but my nails seem to be in better condition and my skin looks smoother.
