After cleansing, place device comfortably over the face. Adjust strap to fit around head. Press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on device, select light setting, and use for the programmed treatment time of 3 minutes. Device will automatically shut off. Ive been using for about 2/3 weeks and have seen a difference so far. Skin looks brighter and healthier, and spots are healing quicker than usual. Will need to keep using to really know if it's working, but signs are good so far!

Got this a week ago. Have used every day for 3 minutes at a time. Noticed a clear difference in my skin. I am glowing and clear complexion. Strap is not the best and mask is a little heavy and uncomfy but it’s only for 3 minutes at a time and the results are worth it. It doesn’t come with goggle and they say you don’t need them but I bought a cheap pair off Amazon. So glad I bought this… a true beauty investment and easy to slot in with daily routine!!
