Its unique formula is carefully blended with sunflower oil using innovative rhythmic processing methods, heating the mixture to body temperature 37°C to transfer skin nurturing properties into the oil. Ideal as a post-exercise massage oil, you can expect soft, supple skin from top to toe. E.N.

Not great for itchy dry skin
Lovely smell but I suffer from itchy and dry skin in winter which it didn't resolve despite using generously twice everyday. It doesn't absorb fast or penetrate well, only leaves an oily film on the skin. Worked out very expensive and ineffective for my severe dry skin. Another high street brand sorted it out! Won't be buying again!

The Best
All Dr. Hauschka products that I have tried are second to none and this Birch Arnica Oil mixture is no different. Not being the youngest anymore, after a long and hard day at work I massage my tired limbs with it and the oil just disappears into my skin, while the pleasant scent uplifst the fatigue leaving me refreshed for a healthy night sleep.
