Designed to drench the complexion in hydration, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream is ideal for dry or lacklustre skin types. The multifaceted face cream helps to nourish the skin’s acid mantle or skin barrier, while providing defence against everyday environmental stressors.
Formulated with a pH of 5.2, the formula features six African oils, alongside a plant ceramide complex to help protect and condition the skin. Star ingredient marula oil offers an intensive moisture boost, while a sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer works to minimise the appearance of fine lines. Rich yet lightweight, the cream promotes a fresh, brighter-looking visage.

I’m not sure this will replace my cerave especially for winter skin. I am a tret user so need a very moisturising cream . This didn’t quench my skin enough for me but I’d say it gives you a subtle glow and the ingredients seem of high quality so no doubt it does do good over time . I also have sensitive skin and this caused me no issues. I’d really recommend

I mix it with the drunk elephant retinol and it is perfect for retinol beginners ! The moisturiser is not heavily fragranced, smells very natural and the texture is slightly on the thicker side - perfect for winter !

Great for winter
I received this at the perfect time as my skin had started to feel a lot drier with the drop in temperature. This feels really moisturising on my skin and I like wearing it as a nighttime moisturiser too. This doesn’t particular leave your skin with a glow like some moisturisers, but your skin does feel hydrated once it’s sunk in (which can take slightly longer than other moisturisers). Loved the design of the pump camp too. Not sure I would opt for this as my daytime moisturiser as it is quite rich, but those with a drier skin type might love it. This will definitely be a staple in my routine over the winter months.
