Designed to drench the complexion in hydration, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream is ideal for dry or lacklustre skin types. The multifaceted face cream helps to nourish the skin’s acid mantle or skin barrier, while providing defence against everyday environmental stressors.
Formulated with a pH of 5.2, the formula features six African oils, alongside a plant ceramide complex to help protect and condition the skin. Star ingredient marula oil offers an intensive moisture boost, while a sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer works to minimise the appearance of fine lines. Rich yet lightweight, the cream promotes a fresh, brighter-looking visage.

Absolutely love the packaging,dispensing the cream with the push down top means I get the right amount of cream each time and the cream is as fresh as the day it was put in the pot. The cream itself has a faint odd smell,not bad and it faded away quickly. Highly nourishing though,would recommend

Best cream ever!!!
I was meant to wait until at least a month of using this product to review it but I couldn't contain my excitement to review this cream. I've used it for just over one week now and I cannot recommend it enough. I am 39 years old and my skin started showing signs of ageing and I've tried many different types of face moisturisers but by far this cream is the best one. I have been using it daily for just over a week as part of my night time routine and it is such a nice moisturiser that when I wake up, my skin feels so soft and so moisturised and amazingly, it stays moisturised throughout the day. I am truly impressed by this cream. It is such a great cream that I cannot stop talking about it. And a little goes a long way. The pot is very well made and unlike other pots of cream, this one has a dispensing pump which gives you just the right amount of cream for the whole face and neck so I would also say thar it is very economical as you won't use more than required. Overall, I would highly recommend this amazing pot of goodness to keep the skin nourished and especially in winter when our skins tend to dry up quickly. It's an excellent investment which you won't regret.

First time using Drunk Elephant, although I’ve been wanting to try the brand for a while. Really love the texture of this moisturiser - and I’m always a fan of the pump top dispensers (keeps things nice and clean). Super easy to add other serums to the product, which is great if you want to hit a few skincare benefits when you’re feeling lazy and not wanting to do your whole routine! Would definitely recommend for dry/combo skin.

The cream is thick,applies easily and soakes in well,I have dry sensitive skin and this was great for it. My skin felt soft still at end of day and no visible dry patches shown,I I react to a lot of products but this one didn't. If you have dry sensitive skin then it's worth trying.

Nice consistency
I got this free from LF through the review panel points scheme. Only used for a few day, verdict so far is it’s a fab cream especially for my dry skin. Will consider this for my collection (I change my creams dependant on skin condition and so that skin does not get immune to one product) if the results continue with prolonged use.
