Designed to drench the complexion in hydration, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream is ideal for dry or lacklustre skin types. The multifaceted face cream helps to nourish the skin’s acid mantle or skin barrier, while providing defence against everyday environmental stressors.
Formulated with a pH of 5.2, the formula features six African oils, alongside a plant ceramide complex to help protect and condition the skin. Star ingredient marula oil offers an intensive moisture boost, while a sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer works to minimise the appearance of fine lines. Rich yet lightweight, the cream promotes a fresh, brighter-looking visage.

Lovely cold weather cream
I was gifted this cream to review. My skin is combination and starting to age (40s), I take part in a lot of outdoor exercise early in the morning and also swimming in a chlorinated pool regularly and have found my skin feeling drier and more sensitive than usual as the autumn has gone on. This cream really seems to calm and replenish my complexion without feeling oily or causing breakouts. I’m not quite sure about the anti-ageing effects, but as a moisturiser it’s great. I also love the mess-free, hygienic packaging.
