Expertly-developed with the skin’s pH in mind, Drunk Elephant’s Sweet Pitti Deodorant Cream features an innovative, biocompatible formula, that seeks to moisturise the underarms and keep you feeling fresh.
Summoning the power of mandelic acid and arrowroot powder, the nourishing deodorant works to eliminate odour-causing bacteria, while helping to absorb excess moisture from the skin. Effective enough for just one application per day, the creamy formula features a conditioning blend of marula, baobab and mongongo seed oils to help soften and balance the underarms.

Amazing stuff
This product is amazing, the only thing making it lose a star is the dispensing mechanism. The way you have to turn it to start the product when you first get it takes so long that when it does come out you waste a lot. And then trying to figure out how much or little you need until you get used to it is hard. But once you get over that it’s a great product!

Pointless
I had high hopes for this. The other reviews claim mostly that it works and fragrance is great. It’s anything but. Within 10 mins without doing anything or even leaving the house I smelled awful. Huge waste of money.

Deodorant cream
Bought this in the hope it would help with my excess sweeting (just under the one arm) due to perimenopause/ menopause. Worked the first few times of use then stopped for some reason. Considering this isn't cheap was kinda disappointing 😕 don't think I would purchase again.

It works
This deodorant will ensure that your armpits stay dry, more or less, and that you won't smell of sweat. It is a cream and it is easy to apply. At first it smells 'almondy', but not a very nice sweet almond scent. But that goes away very quickly. So it works, and I am glad to be able to use a deodorant without aluminium chloride, but I would rather have one that would leave a fresh feeling and scent.

The best...
I have been using clean, non aluminium deodorants for a couple of years now, it is quite hit and miss. The Drunk Elephant Sweet Pitti cream is one of the best I have tried. It smells of marzipan (though the smell doesn't last). It doesn't stop you sweating but it truly does stop you smelling. I began turning the dispenser and using the container directly on my underarms, however I find that using half a turn and then using half (2 of the 4 holes dispensed) for each underarm, most effective. I use my fingers to collect the cream from the dispenser and rub in. It makes my underarms lovely and soft as well as smell free. I do think the dispenser could do with a redesign but the product is well worth the money, especially when using a discount code. It is more of an outlay in the beginning but I used to use a spray every 2 weeks whereas this lasts much longer. Been using it a month now and already bought a back up. It is so good, even just after shaving.
