Using energising and warming extracts of birch, juniper, clove, alpine lavender, wild thyme and blue chamomile combined with mineral rich sea salt to ease tired muscles and recharge your body, Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak will detoxify and cleanse, while working as a deep heat treatment to relieve muscle strain after exercise and hard work. This soak will warm your body, so it is excellent for warming cold hands and feet. It can ease period pains, swelling and stiffness and boost circulation.
Directions of Use:
- Add three capfuls whilst running the bath.
- Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes.

This does all it says it will do and more! Beautiful smell surround you before you even get into the bath! When you soak yourself even for a short while, the combination of smell, feeling on your skin takes you to that spa experience! Lovely product, leaves skin feeling very soft. Very strong smelling, so not much is needed and it does form bubbles when added to running water. Used in bath and in a foot spa- dont turn the jets on in the footspa, it will froth up! Really nice product and will buy again

The smell...
The product definitely works but it has a very strong smell of medicine (like of pain relief creams or gels my dad used to apply). I’m not keen on its smell at all. I’ve been ventilating the bathroom all day as my husband hates the smell and it still smells. I highly recommend to smell it first before buying if you have a chance!
