This Elemis Muscle Super Soak is an essential for all sport fanatics or anyone with rheumatic aches and pains. This deep heat, aromatherapeutic remedy is a powerful antidote to aching muscles.
Using energising and warming extracts of birch, juniper, clove, alpine lavender, wild thyme and blue chamomile combined with mineral rich sea salt to ease tired muscles and recharge your body, Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak will detoxify and cleanse, while working as a deep heat treatment to relieve muscle strain after exercise and hard work. This soak will warm your body, so it is excellent for warming cold hands and feet. It can ease period pains, swelling and stiffness and boost circulation.
Directions of Use:
- Add three capfuls whilst running the bath.
- Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes.

soothing soak
Bought this Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak from LF at a fab price. It smells divine, you don't need a lot, and if you are cold, tired or achy this will soothe and pamper you. This will also be a great soother if you are unfortunate enough to catch a cold. Highly recommend.

Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak is lovely. When I ran a bath and poured some in it smells gorgeous, just like you were at a spa. Very relaxing! Lovely product.

AMAZING!!!!!
I often get really bad muscular tension in my shoulders and upper back area, this Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak has really helped in relaxing and soothing the muscles and is beyond the best relief I have found! Also great for when you have aching muscles after exercise or when you have flu! Definitely worth the money and really feels like a spa treat at the same time!

The best for tired muscles
This Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak is so so good, I know it might be a little on the expensive side but this is not like any other muscle soak, its worth every penny. I started weight training and this is a god send for soothing tired over worked muscle,. 20 minutes soak and I know that my muscles won't ache as much as if I didn't use it and it much nicer than a ice bath that my boyfriend thinks I should have. So if you do any type of exercise I would recommend this.

Bath Essential
I was recently introduced to this product by my son. It is expensive but worth every penny. I suffer with very painful/aching legs and find this product very soothing. It also smell delicious.
