Step 1: Gently massage 2-3 drops of the Pro-Collagen Future Restore Serum into dry, cleansed skin every morning and evening.

Step 2: Begin massage by gently rolling the Pro-Collagen CryoGlobe on the skin in a slow and steady upward motion, circling over trigger point areas. Keep the tool moving continuously and do not drag the skin down. To prepare your Pro-Collagen CryoGlobe, place in the freezer for 24 hours before use. 

Step 3: Gently smooth a pea-sized amount of the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30 over the face, neck and décolleté in upward strokes.

CryoGlobe Warnings: Always roll on a clean towel, removing excess water or ice residue, and massage the face and body using upwards motions. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly. To clean the CryoGlobe, remove the metal globe from the holder handle. Wash with hot water and allow to dry separately. Place the handle and CryoGlobe back together and return them to the freezer.
