Velvet skin...
I love the consistency of this balm. I use a very small amount. It melts very easily into your neck and decollete. In fact my neck feels very soft. Still when I put it put it on again. Like velvet. I've been using it now for a couple of weeks. I can see a difference in the wrinkles on my neck. This product is excellent and I shall be purchasing it again...
