Does nothing
I gave it two stars for a lovely texture and divine smell. But honestly, it does nothing at all. I used it religiously day and night for two month on the dot. I have made two pictures of my next as "before" and "after". I have looked at them, there is absolutely no difference. It did moisturise, but that's it.

Smells really nice and has a good consistency. Smooths on really well and I could initially feel a slight tightening of the skin. My skin feels really soft and smooth after application. Am using this because my chest skin has become crepey with age so am hoping after continuous use it will work.

Gorgeous product
So it may not give me the neck of a 20 year old but it’s a gorgeous product! I’ve seen a difference in my skin texture and fine lines appear a little less noticeable, not so much the deeper lines! it’s not a heavy product so it doesn’t feel heavy on my skin and it smells gorgeous, I would recommend and I would buy again!

This neck and decolletage balm is amazing ! Massages in beautifully and smells divine ! Isn't sticky it almost melts into the skin . My neck and decolletage look and feel so soft and toned . I've used this for several months and can see a difference in the texture of my neck .

A bit too light
I haven't used this product long enough to evaluate the results. I generally love Elemis so I hope that I will grow to love this neck balm too. However my initial feedback is that the cream is very lightweight whereas I would prefer to feel more moisturised on my neck and decollete. Quite pricey for 50ml too.
