Ideal for a tense neck and shoulders, the unique spray-dried fusion of Algae, Maritime Pine and Rosemary Essential Oil rejuvenates stressed joints and relieves heavy limbs to leave you feeling comforted and restored after use. Can be used as part of a fitness programme.

Contains 10 sachets.

Empty one sachet, whilst filling the bath with water at body temperature. Soak in the bath, concentrating on abdominal breathing for 15-20 minutes. Rest for a while afterwards. For best results use 2 sachets a week.
