Elvie is a must have!!
I bought this item nearly 3 weeks ago and to be honest I wondered whether it would work, after having 4 children I was very self conscious and I couldnt jump on a trampoline without a little leak! I started to use this every evening just for five mins and what a difference it makes, no more leaks and can certainly feel the difference. I am now on the intermediate level. Ladies theres no need to feel embarrassed anymore this little gadget is worth every penny. It is easy to use and although it loses connection now and then it's not a major issue for me. Once you charge it up it lasts for a few weeks. I'm so glad I took the plunge and bought this

Elvie pelvic floor
This product is amazing! I have had prolapse surgery a few years ago now and this is helping strengthen my core even after 7 workouts! I have already moved up from the training mode to beginner! The pulse is harder but even making progress with this section. The app is brilliant with great visuals during the exercises and fab progress information along with target setting and reminder texts, I am really pleased with this product!!!!
