Designed to soothe and revitalise the body after exercise, the crystals are infused with remineralising seaweed and nourishing oatmeal, alongside traditional herbal remedies arnica and comfrey. After a hard day of physical labour
If your body is suffering from stiffness due to physical exertion, this is by far one of the best I have used. Especially when feeling physically fatigued. Obviously 180g does not last long, it is quite potent so just a sprinkle in the bath will do the trick.
