Very natural effect
You should use it every day to see visible results. Absorbs quickly, works very gentle, without dark spots. I love that it doesn't leave a typical self tan products smell after use. And it has nice scent.

Heavily fragranced
I found this serum to be very hydrating initially, however after wearing for a few hours, the use of fragrance was just too harsh for my skin unfortunately. Yes the smell did wear off, but I find that the ‘spa’ smell leaves my skin irritated. I wish they would make this without a fragrance! I find skin products with scent to them actually put me off nowadays and companies should seriously consider this moving forwards.

A gentle glow
I really like this product. I wouldn’t strictly call it a face tanner as it is very subtle. It gives a healthy glow when used several times a week but I imagine the colour could be buildable. I use it before bed so my skin looks glowy in the morning. It goes lovely under a moisturiser, as long as you let it sink in before applying the moisturiser.

I didn’t have high hopes for this serum mainly because a lot of gradual tan facial serums I’ve used previously end up leaving you with horrible orange streaks on your face the next day. To say this serum has exceeded my expectations is putting it lightly. On my first use (evening routine), my skin got an instant glow and once absorbed, I loved how it felt on my skin. I knew the tan was gradual so I thought it would take a few days for any hint of colour to show. I was wrong! By the next morning, my face already had a healthy glow and was seriously impressed at how my skin both looked and felt. I’ve now incorporated this into my evening skincare routine and my daytime WFH routine as the payout is instant and love the fact that this is also a skincare hybrid. 1000% I would repurchase this little gem.

I wasn’t sure about this at first because i don’t always get on with products that have tan in them. This however is so subtle & the glow it gives is beautiful. You can see results after the first use and it gets even better if you use it regularly in your routine. The smell is lovely unlike some other similar products I’ve used and it applies & soaks into the skin really well too. If you love a glowy look then I would definitely recommend trying it & it’s perfect for wearing on its own if you want to go for just a natural look base wise :)
