Like this brush, it felt bit harsh at first, like I was scrubbing the floors lol Once using correctly in a sweeping motion rather than scrubbing, it left my skin feeling exfoliated and prepared for the next product, (I used espa body polish) 👍

Rough up to get ready
This only needs a light touch as it's definitely more on the stiffer level for a body brush. I'll be using this brush a couple of times a week to soften up bristles before I start to use daily pre-showering. I love dry body brushing generally as it wakes me up, removes dry skin cells and supports lymphatic drainage.

Skin is smooth and super soft! I just wish I tried this years ago. It really helps with ingrown hairs and bumpy skin. It took me a week or so to get used to the sensation but it doesn't bother me now. It works so much better than any scrubs I tried before.
