Suitable for those with very dry, rough-feeling skin, the Eucerin UreaRepair Plus 10% Urea Lotion contains a unique combination of natural moisturising factors and urea to instantly hydrate the skin for up to 48 hours.
The body lotion protects from moisture loss while providing instant cooling and soothing benefits, encouraging a softer, smoother and more supple skin feel. The skin barrier is left visibly stronger and sensations of sensitivity and discomfort are minimised.

Helps to sooth irritated red bumps
I find this works better in the layers of the skins as it’s absorbed I have noticed my skins is more visibly less bumpy and red however if I was to compare it to the cerave SA smoothing cream it doesn’t peel the dead rough skin as much but has shown me the most results.

Finally...an effective moisturiser for KP!!
I've tried tirelessly to find am effective moisturiser for my dry, rough and bumpy skin. This moisturiser beats them all! I recommend for anyone with Keratosis Pilaris. My advice is - less is more, first time I used it I put way to much on and it left an oily layer. This is such a bargain and a dermatological staple.
