This has really impressed me. I always suffer with dry lips that I subconsciously chew. Nothing really helps it get better because if I try to leave it alone it goes so dry and crusty it cracks or peels off again. I have used this balm a few times a day for about three days and now my lips are super soft moisturised. No cracks or dry bits at all - it's a miracle. It's actually healed them not just softened them. Now my lips look good all the time even when I don't have the balm on.

Personally, I find the menthol flavor too strong and the stimulating feeling unpleasant and would not buy it again for these reasons. The cream itself lubricates well and gives a nice shine.
